1. Platform Nature and Purpose

Taxoday is an online technology platform owned and operated by Zenoday Solution Private Limited, providing a directory and booking interface for individuals to discover and connect with independent professionals, including but not limited to:

  • Chartered Accountants (CAs)
  • Advocates
  • Independent Tax Consultants
  • Legal Compliance Experts
  • ESIC, PF, and PT (Professional Tax) Advisors
  • Insurance Consultants (Corporate and Individual)

Taxoday is not a law firm, accountancy firm, or consultancy entity, and it does not provide legal or financial advisory services.The platform facilitates:

  • Listing of professionals with factual, non-promotional profiles
  • Discovery of professionals based on area of practice, availability, and location
  • Online consultation scheduling
  • Video-based consultation facilitation
  • Secure payment routing between users and professionals.

2. Compliance with BCI and ICAI Guidelines

Taxoday is committed to operating in full compliance with the Bar Council of India (BCI) Rules, particularly Rule 36, and the ICAI Code of Ethics. As such:

  • No professional listed on this platform is promoted or endorsed in a manner that violates advertising restrictions.
  • All information displayed (name, qualifications, practice areas, enrollment details, etc.) is factual and limited to what is permissible under the BCI and ICAI regulations.
  • The inclusion of photographs, biographies, or law firm details is intended for identification and transparency, not promotion or solicitation.
  • We do not guarantee, rank, or promote any professional based on performance, expertise, or user reviews.

3. No Endorsement or Legal Relationship

Engaging a professional through Taxoday does not create a lawyer-client or CA-client relationship with Taxoday. All consultations, advice, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the independent professional and the user.

Taxoday:

  • Does not validate, supervise, or monitor the advice provided
  • Does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by listed professionals
  • Shall not be held liable for any professional misconduct, negligence, or dispute between a professional and user
  • Does not control the fee structure, advice, or availability of professionals listed

We expressly disclaim any liability arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete professional advice
  • Delayed or missed appointments
  • Professional misconduct or negligence
  • Any civil, criminal, or regulatory action taken against listed professionals

4. Payments and Financial Liability

All payments made by users for consultations are directly routed to the respective professional via a secure third-party payment processor (e.g., Razorpay Route). Taxoday collects:

  • A platform usage fee from users (non-refundable)
  • A video facilitation fee from professionals (as per session usage)

We do not control, retain, or interfere in the professional fee charged by the CA or Advocate.

Any disputes regarding fees, refunds, or non-performance must be resolved between the user and the professional. Taxoday’s involvement is limited to technical facilitation only.

5. Content and Educational Material

All educational content such as blogs, FAQs, and articles is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, insurance, or compliance advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Use of such material does not establish any advisory relationship between Taxoday and the reader. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of content and disclaim liability for any reliance placed on such material.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taxoday and its parent company Zenoday Solution Private Limited disclaim all liability arising from:

  • Use or misuse of the platform
  • Errors delays or omissions in professional advice
  • Technical failures, bugs, or connectivity issues, Technical issues affecting consultations
  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, including legal or financial losses, Losses or damages arising from reliance on services or content
  • Advice provided by listed professionals
  • Missed or delayed appointments

7. Intellectual Property

All platform design, content, brand names, and processes are the intellectual property of Zenoday Solution Private Limited. Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Amendments

This disclaimer may be revised without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version will always be available on the website.
